Withdrawal and complaints
2026-10-16 · v170-draft
Pre-launch draft — operator review required. Contact details, hosting, retention and sales territories must be confirmed. This document does not certify compliance in every country.
Withdrawal
Consumers entering a distance contract generally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw by an unambiguous statement sent to the provider’s postal or email address. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. Refunds are generally made within 14 days of receipt, using the original payment method unless another cost-free method is agreed.
Early service commencement
Starting a paid service during the withdrawal period requires an express request. Proportionate payment on withdrawal is possible only where statutory conditions are met. Activating a subscription does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Exceptions for fully performed services or supplied digital content require separate assessment and appropriate declarations; they must not be presumed.
Optional withdrawal form
To: the provider identified below. I withdraw from my LETRIX subscription contract. Contract date: …; full name: …; address: …; email or order number: …; date: …; signature (paper only): …. Use of this form is optional.
Complaints
Send complaints to the provider’s postal or email address. Include reply details, a description, date and requested remedy where possible. Screenshots or a project can help but are not required to accept a complaint. Consumer complaints are answered within the statutory period, generally 14 days under Polish law. Non-conforming digital services are subject to statutory remedies, including restoration of conformity and, where legally available, a price reduction or termination.
