Privacy and browser storage

2026-10-16 · v170-draft

Pre-launch draft — operator review required. Contact details, hosting, retention and sales territories must be confirmed. This document does not certify compliance in every country.

Controller and data

The provider identified below is the controller. The application uses profile and billing details, project files and parameters, export history, support requests and technical connection information. Information necessary to fulfil an order is required for that purpose; other profile details are optional.

Purposes and bases

Contract and account administration: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Accounting and legal duties: Article 6(1)(c). Security and specific legal claims: Article 6(1)(f), subject to users’ rights. Marketing requires its own lawful basis and any necessary consent. Application use does not constitute marketing consent.

Local and server storage

Settings, current projects, presets, prices and profiles use browser localStorage; sessionStorage holds session information. Local records remain until removed in browser settings. Exported project parameter history is stored on the server. Clearing browser storage does not erase server history. No advertising or analytics tools have been added; introducing them requires an appropriate consent configuration.

Recipients and retention — completion required

Before publication, the operator must identify its hosting provider, server and backup locations, retention periods for projects, logs and backups, and account deletion procedure. Accounting records follow applicable tax retention rules. Once payments are enabled, necessary payment details are sent to Stripe. Transfers outside the EEA require a valid mechanism and information about safeguards. WhatsApp is an external link opened at the user’s request, not an embedded tracker.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may access, correct, erase, restrict or port data, object and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the controller to exercise rights. You may complain to the Polish UODO or another competent supervisory authority. This version does not implement decisions with legal effects based solely on automated profiling.
