Provider and service

LETRIX is provided by the business identified below. It supports the design of letters, sign boxes and LED components, production exports, material lists and estimates. Features depend on the FREE, PRO or Business plan shown before purchase.

Requirements and account

A current browser with JavaScript and WebGL, suitable 3D graphics hardware and a connection to the application server are required. Test the preview and a sample export on your equipment before purchase. Provide accurate account information, protect access and do not share it with unauthorised persons. Unlawful content and interference with the system are prohibited.

Subscription and payment

The total price, currency, taxes, billing period, features and renewal terms are displayed before a paid order. The paid contract is concluded by confirming an order with an obligation to pay; the contract and terms must be supplied on a durable medium. Renewal applies only on terms expressly accepted at purchase. Cancellation of the next period can be requested using the contact email and will be confirmed. Cancellation does not remove paid access for the current period or statutory remedies.

Projects and rights

Users retain rights to their projects and may commercially use validly exported files after their subscription ends. Users must hold rights to imported logos, fonts and graphics. The operator is authorised only to process projects as needed to provide the service, not to publish them or use them in advertising without separate permission. No right to resell application source code is granted.

Production and responsibility

Check models, previews, weights and estimates before manufacture. Users select materials, tolerances, print settings, fixings and electrical installations. The application does not replace structural or safety assessment. Mandatory provider liability and consumer remedies for non-conforming digital services remain unaffected.

Updates and changes

Updates necessary for conformity are supplied for the period required by law and contract. Material changes to features or prices are notified in advance and do not retrospectively change a paid period. Changes beyond maintaining conformity require a contractual basis, justification and preservation of statutory information and termination rights.

Applicable law and disputes

Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law; consumers are not restricted exclusively to Polish courts. Statutory protection also covers sole traders where Polish law grants consumer rights. Alternative dispute resolution information: polubowne.uokik.gov.pl and konsument.gov.pl. The provider will state its position on ADR participation in its complaint response.
